getting pods?

my tank is about a yearand a half old I have live rock fish inverts and some coral but no pods how do i get them I really want them I have those corlasouc worms the little white things on my glass and other things but thats it please help me get pods

You could try buying some live sand out of the tanks at your LFS.
If you have 80lbs of LR and play sand mixed with live sand, you might already have a bigger pod population than you think!
