Hey is there a way to remove light scratches on the inside of my tank, without completely draining out all of my water and taking out the live rock.

Doesn't look like you can. Also depending on how deep the scratch is, you might create a weak spot. I think the only thing you can use is cerium oxide and a wool pad. Even then the scratches can't be to deep.

Yeah and you can get that fluoride our fishes teeth are missing!!! LoL
