Goby Compatability

Is it safe to keep a Green Mandarin Dragonet and a Spotted Mandarin Dragonet together in a 125?

I have never had either of those, but I believe they need a LOT of pods and should only be kept in a tank that has been established for at least a year.
It is not overly aggressive towards other fish, except for conspecifics (species). To be honest, I think those are both the same fish....? Kind of like the green spotted puffer and the spotted puffer (please feel free to correct me if I am wrong).

Scottm,
You are correct, I got it mixed up:
The Spotted Mandarin, a.k.a. Psychedelic Mandarin

Thanks for the catch!
