???Good Ingredients??How Much???

I bought my ingredients for my mush. This is all I could get from around here. Here is the list:

1/2lb Raw Shrimp
1/2lb Bay Scallops
1/2lb Flounder
Fresh Spinanch
3 large cloves of garlic
Kent ZooPlex
Nori Roasted Seaweed
Marine Flake
Kent Platinum Reef pellets for herbivores
Spirulina Flakes
Pure Clam Juice

Is all this ok, and how much should I use of each???

Thanks!

There is no real right or wrong way but if your looking for some helpful tips, I would look at >>Reeflady's Blender Mush<< recipe.

If you can find it next time, I would also suggest untoasted nori. Much more nutritious.

Cheers
Steve

Thanks Steve, the reeflady is where I got most of the ingredient list. The problem is that she does'nt tell how much fish to mix with the dried goods. Most of the dried goods are a couple of tbl spoons.

Thanks!

By the way....thanks for putting up with me and all my questions.
