good skimmer?

any good skimmer for 90 gal tank?

the best you can afford. A skimmer is one of the most important pieces of equipment you can buy unless you plan on doing alot of water changes. Don't skimp on it. People seem to like Tunze skimmers, Aqua c skimmers are supposed to be pretty good from what I have heard. I personally use a Berlin skimmer and love it.

what if i want to skip the skimmer? wht will happen?

nitrates will build up along with other stuff which can poison your tank. I would strongly recomend one unless you want to do 10% water changes every day. I did that for a while on a nano just fine but that was only 10 gallons. you are talking about alot more water to change everyday.

all right. will get one for the 90gal tank. but wht about 29 gal tank. do i need one too?
