Green algae bubbles ?

I have just set up my tank and purchased my first live rock , It's amazing all the things on it , anyway i have noticed green " balloon " like algae on it . I was reading some where that it was bad ( I think ) can someone tell me what it is and if I need to get rid of it .

Sorry guys ! I fliped the page and the answer was there !
But is it bad ?

It is considered a pest algae because it can reproduce like bunnies and encroach on some corals.
