Green algae problem

I moved a piece of live rock recently and saw green algau on the rock below. I dont have a lot but i dont want it to grow more.i do 25% water change every 2 weeks and ive been running a phosphat remover gor the past week. What else could i do to remove these uglebalgau?

When you do your PWC, use a clean toothbrush to scrub it off and suck it out with the water. Check your phosphates with a good tester (Hanna or Salifert).

What are your other readings (nitrate, etc)? How often do you feed, how long do you run your lights, etc?
