Hey...well I looked at the tank today when I woke up and I see that the front glass and some of the left side has little tiny green plants...like tiny hairy trees....weird stuff...its not the usual diatoms and orange stuff that grows on the glass ...so what is it and what could I do ..is it bad, good ,or what???

thx.

the tank is a 20gal long with a 20w normal strip light and a 36w coralife t5 strip light. I only have a harlequin bass, a pencil sea urchin, and 5 hermits and 2 snails. LR and LS

a picture would help, without it, I will guess hair algae, which is not a good thing.

I can never get pictures on my posts...when i click on "add atachment" it always takes a loooooooooooooong time and nothing happens...even if i had a pic i dont know if it would be visible...

i dont think is hair algae though...they are really small, you need to come close to the tank to see them.
