Decided to try again with a green bubble tip. It's doing great so far. The only thing I can think of that killed my last one, was that huge (50% ) water change. I'm thinking there must of been some big parameter swing that it didn't like that lead to its death. The only thing that concerns me now is that it positioned itself right next to my pulsing xenia. The xenia is attached to the rock so I can't move it. Anyone think that might be a problem? I will post its progress here once and a while.

I'm running 4-24watt ATI Blue plus bulbs over my 20 gallon. What does it look like when it's bleaching? Is it because it's green but kind of clear looking? Should it be solid green?

found a picture on the web. looks like different lighting but this is what my gbt looks like.
Maybe clear looking wasn't the right term to use
