Green Coris Wrasse blues

What's the longest you've had a fish missing that's still been alive, I've got a green coris wrasse that disappeared 5 minutes after putting him in the tank and he's been gone for a good 5 days. Is this normal? Might he still reappear?

I guess it`s still possible. They are jumpers. You have looked around the floor havent you?

He's ALIVE

I saw him again today, he came out for about 15 minutes picked at the rock a little bit, swam around and then returned to hiding. I wonder if he's been doing this every day that I've been at work.
