green hair algae

I'm starting to get some hair algae on my rock. All my water parameters are good. Phosphates are 0. I do 25% wc weekly using my LFS salt water. Anything else I can do to get this under control. I was going to cut back on my lighting but I have some soft corals in my tank. Right now my t5's are on from 10 in the morning until 10 at night mostly blue and actinic lights though. My 10,000K lights are only on from 12 to 5.
