green hair algae.??

starting to get green hair algae on my live rock. Tanks been up and running for 18 months. The algea started after I upgraded my PC lights from 130 watts to 192 watts. Im running my lights for 12 hours a day. You think I should cut back on the lights..maybe 10 hours a day. I do weekly water changes 10%...all my water test are ok...Dont have much but want to get rid of it before it gets to bad
BTW..I have a big cleanup crew

does "water tests ok" mean totally zero nitrates and phosphates? most clean up crew members do not care for hair algae as a food source.
