i have a 300 gal reef setup.....it is filled with sps and lps. are they good to keep in a reef tank if they are the only fish? thankyou

Corals should not be a problem. Smaller fish and any mobile inverts will be lunch.

thanks...how about snails? and what could i put in the tank as a cleanup crew.....i dont have a cleanup crew right now cuz there really isnt anything for them to clean up

Groupers are not known to eat snails or hermits. They are live fish and shrimp eaters. The only caution I would give is the amount of waste they produce. With good tank husbandry you should be ok.
