Hi,i recently purchesed a gsp which is doing great,but the last two days has been spitting out somethink,like a white goo anyone know or had any experience with this thx andrew.been in tank 1 month parameters fine.

I have a huge colony of gsp and they have never spit anything out. But I do have other corals that do. Do the polyps look healthy? Are they out? Is this fluid coming out of their white center? If the polyps look healthy and your water is good then i would wait and see when it happens.

Hi,polyps are all out look very healthy,milky
substance coming from centre looks like,I believe
gsp can spawn don't no I f this is what is happening
but in a aquarium very rare I believe?as you say whatch
this space

I think they are ok. I couldn't find anything that said that was bad. I have seen coral spawn in the wild and that is what happens. I think you might have a tank that makes the gsp frisky. Send pics of the little ones!

I will do see what happens in the next few weeks hopefully
