Hagen KH test kits

How reliable are these? Im scatching my head because it says multiple results by 20, so you really want 9-10 drops abouts correct? I've been told it should be 16-20 drops and have had many a arguement about this. The person saying that they figured it out that Hagen Kits are incorrect yadda yadda


I need some informed opinions on this.

I eventually bought Aquarium Pharmaceuticals KH kit - comparable price, results the same as Salifert kit (I'm checking now each new box, comparing to Salifert results). Hagen gave a really strange results.
