Hammer coral

I noticed s change in my Hammer Coral two of the (hammers?) seem to have holes in the end and are a neon green now. Is that their mouth or something else.

Interesting. Probably nothing to worry about for now, but I would keep an eye and make sure it isn't some kind of infection that is going to spread. Unfortunately, sometimes LPS corals can succumb to things easily - and once they start it is tough to save them. However, they also can have things like this happen, and bounce back in a few days like nothing has happened.
 
Yes, the hole is their mouth. And mine changes color depending on how extended the tentacles are. I'm pretty sure that is normal, is that what you are seeing?
