Ok so I have 4 ati blue, 2 ati blue special, 1 pink giesemann, and 1 ati purple plus.

Should I remove the pink giesemann and add this 10k that I already have?

Not sure how old the 10k lights and the pink giesemann are. I bought these lights off of CL with the fixture. I need to have them replaced but for the mean time what do you guys think?

Ok.. Those are good lamps also. Unless they were super old, They have similar PAR.
It doesn't matter which ones you use. Make the tank look good to your eye.

Would you suggest keeping all 8 bulbs on for 8 hours a day or alternating them and keeping all 8 bulbs on for 5 hours and then having the 4 ati blue on for 3 hours?

You could keep them all on if you wish. It's up to you, as long as the photosynthetic creatures are getting what they need, you can do it either way.
