Has anyone used Kent Liquid Reactor

For some reason, every LFS in my area has ran out Kent Turbo Calcium so I bought a bottle of Liquid Reactor. Kent claims this is a one step ionic balanced addition. Since I haven't used it can anyone tell me what it is like? I am worried that it may drive my PH down because the instruction said it should be dosed at night when PH is at its highest.
