I bought a small black damsel 3 weeks ago who now is mimicking my 2 clowns, and spends part of his time nestled in a large green bubble coral cluster...has anyone ever had this happen with this kind of fish?

yup damsels are known to nestle in corals and anemones too.... damselfish and anemonefish are more closely related than most people know.

They're in the same family.

When I used to keep damsels with my clown they would always mimic my clown and follow it around. My clown got so ticked one day it attacked one lol.

clowns are apart of the damselfish family. They exhibit alot of the same traits.
