Sand sifting goby would work , how old is the tank and how large ?

If you give us a little more information about your tank we will be able to better help you.
Size? How long it's been setup? What do you have in the tank? Lighting? Filtration? Water Parameters? If you can provide us this information it will help us help you figure out what is going on.
