what is the best way to clean algae on my sand is there a creature solution?

Sand sifting goby would work , how old is the tank and how large ?

The goby is only a band aid approach. You`ll need to find out what is causing the problem and fix it. Read this.

I misread that you will need to find out what caused it . Usually it is from lights that need changed , lack of flow or over feeding your tank ... A goby will keep the sand stirred tho and help once you figure out the cause .

How long it's been setup?
What do you have in the tank?
Lighting?
Filtration?
Water Parameters?
