Help!! Advice needed

I Have had my new tank running for a while now so added a few fish over time but lately I have noticed brown residue so to speak or Algie?? growing on the glass rock and sand (see picture of sand) is this fine or do I need to do something?? If so what??

It's most likely diatoms, which mean you probably just finished your cycle. Do you test your water?

Yes I test it for nitrite and ammonia plus the salt level

What are they? You probably have mid to high nitrates. If so, do a pwc once a week and make sure your not overstocked or underfiltered
