Help choosing a protein skimmer.

I will have a sump for this tank, the exact size is also yet to be determined, so the skimmer will be in-sump. I'll get the largest sump I can that will fit underneath the stand.

MarineDepot seems to have the best prices. The ones that I'm currently looking at are:

AquaC Urchin Pro w/ Mag3 pump - $227
AquaC EV120 w/Mag5 pump - $340
Euroreef ES5-3 w/Sedra 3500 pump-$248

If price is any indication of performance and quality, it looks like the EV120 is best. Is it $100 better ES5-3?

Is the ES5-3 better than the Urchin Pro?

I've also read a lot about GEO skimmers, but their site has no information about what they offer.

Any recommendations and/or experience is greatly appreciated! Thanks.

I just put the EV-180 with a Mag7 pump on my 55gal reef. It has to be the best investment I made for my tank, next to my lights anyway. Forgot to mention, i got it from one of the Sponsors here on AA: CaptiveReefs and got a really fair deal for it.

The ES5-3 is better than the urchin. The EV120 would be my choice of the three. Great customer service and a great product as well!

I would also say that the EV-120 has a slight edge on the ES5-3 as well.
