Help! How do I catch this pesky fiji damsel? - Aquarium Advice

I have a 95Gal reef tank with lots of LR. I was stupid enough to buy a pair of Fiji Damsels. These devils are terrorizing every living creature in my tank. I tried the net, but they are too fast for me. I tried the trap made out of transparent plastic with a door made of many long pieces of plastic that swing one way, but they do not go in there.
How do I cat them?

You can try the two liter bottle trick. Take a two liter soda bottle, cut the top off and turn it around so that the cap part around so it points inside the bottle. Attatch it with glue or zip ties. A little confusing, let me know if you have any questions.

Put some food in the bottle as well.
