Did you say you do regular pwc weekly? How much fresh water do you usually add and how do you do it? The reason I ask is sudden change of parameter can stress and may be the cause of fish dieing.

I do a 3-5 gal wc a week, the parameter change has been over the span of about 2 months

1.0264 is fine its actually ideal if you are going to keep corals

I agree, but if the tank isn't topped off with fresh water the sg will continue to climb.

As water evaporates pour fresh RO/DI water back in, each week do a water change

You can get a ATO auto top off. I got a reefkeeper, you just keep adding more and more stuff to it. Lol
