Help id critters please

What are the small white critters on the live rock at night? Semi pointed at both ends. Flat shaped. Very slow movers. Some even on the glass. May have faint lines across it. Half as big as a pencil eraser. Reminds me of a tiny flat rolly Polly. ?????? Any ideas
