Help Identify this Growing On My Live rock Please!!

I got this "Premium Cured Live rock" And it is clean but now all these what seems to be plants are growing on the rock. They are brown with brown stems and leaves. They are in alot of places. can I mount corals on top of them? They are taking up all the room on the Live rock! Also I turned my live rock around and saw this little tree growing. good or should I rip it out?

It looks like some form of algae. What fish do you have? Tangs and other herbivores will make short work of it. The green plant it looks like a freebie.

Not one shred of evidence supports the notion that life is serious.

The green plant looks to be maidens hair. If I were you, I'd keep it! The other is some type of brown algae..might be able to find what type on here.
