Help my YT Beef up

I've had my yellow tang for about a year and a half now and he has always been skinny, I can see through him and his organs always are further out than his body. Although I feed a lot, pellet, flake, mysis, sprulina brine, formula 2 and and some nori almost 3x a week. He does not have HLLE and in other retrospect seems very healthy. Any ideas?

Hw many algae grazers do you have in the tank? One option is to grow some grape caulerpa in the refugium. From what I've seen they love to eat that and if you can get enough growing you can feed it to them almost constantly.

Yea thats another problem i have, I have no sump and no HOB Refugium so keeping algae is not going to work
