HELP!!!!!!!! PURIGEN lOOSE IN THE TANK! - Aquarium Advice

My bag of Purigen that was in the sump leaked and now I have purigen in the refugium! what do I need to do if anything? help!

I would use a small net and gather it all up. How long has it been in the fuge? If it's new you put it in another bag. I have several bags with velcro strips at the end to seal them.

I used a turkey baster and slowly sucked it up. it took awhile but I got most of it. There wasn't that much. I was just wondering what about the rest that I did't get up? will it just go inert?
