Help with Amonia PPM calculation

New to Saltwater Aquarium hobby and learning quick! I?'m following the Fishless cycle process and it's suggesting to add 4 PPM of pure amonia to tank to do a amonia->nitrite cycle test. My tank is a Red Sea Max 250 with an estimated 66 gallons of volume. How would I calculate exactly what 4 PPM of Amonia to add to a 66 gallon tank equates to in volume?

I believe I read somewhere on here that 4-5 ml was good for a 55 gallon. Perhaps start with that, wait a few hours for mixing, test, and adjust. Maybe start with 3ml?
