Help with mini carpet

It's got it yesterday and it's looked like this since putting in aquarium in the store he was all opened up

Check your flow and your lighting. I have found that they don't like a lot of flow, and lower light than a bta. What is your nitrates and salinity at? How did you acclimate it sometimes if the stores salinity is lower (which I find is usually the case) it will effect the anemone. I have one tank no matter what when I put a maxi mini in it they can not get comfortable. I have tried with 3 of them each time they move around and shrink up after a month I put them in another tank and they are fine. I think I have to much flow 20 gal long with. Two power heads one 550 gph the other 250 so I think I'll get rid of the 550 keep the 250

Also I have t5ho with two lamps one ultra sun the other the blue tint light and readings are all ok salinity at 1.024
