Acanthurus tennenti by the looks of it. Has a little yellow tinge so it looks like its just coming out of juvenile colouration.

stripestheeel is right. its a tenneti. he is a pretty cool tang and is still pretty small.

Sango that looks like a pink spotted goby. Is that one in your tank. I have one also.

How did you get my fish?

I use to have an Orange shoulder along with my PBT and YT. The YT and Orange shoulder found a new home when I upgraded to a 90g. Be prepared for the orange shoulder to outgrow your current setup. It will take a year or so though.
