Hermit and rubbish.

I just got home from school to find my hermit crab in my trash bin. How he got out I don't know, but he is still alive. Do you think he will be ok or what. From the top of the tank to the bottom of the trash is just over 3 feet, and the desk my tank is on is 4 inches away from the bin.

He will be fine. Ever been to the beach? The hermits get out of the water and cruise the beach all the time. If he is still kicking and screaming, he will be fine.
