High flow rate in Marine System

Hi, like to find out from u guys here,

For a 2gallon tank, a H.O.B filter with 60litres/hr or 200litres/hr is more recommended ?
Would the high flow rate in the system stresses the fish & inverts ?

i would go with the lower flor rate one.

The natural water current in the reef is going to be alot more powerful than whats going to be in your system. Physically having a fish in a 2 gal tank itself is going to be the stressful part.
