Honest pre-food feeding help/advice

I need opinions, advise, etc please guys.

I'm doing an Lps, softie, polys (etc), clams, anthias, trigs, a tang, mandarins, etc.

I honestly want to purchase a lot of; and only sfc bay frozens. I've had good experiences thus far with them and they have a form of eerything I need!!

Zoos, phytos, emerald entree, mysis, daphnia, baby brine, reef plankton, cyclops-eeze, etc!

Is that bad for the tank or fish??? Good appropriate variety/diet, all frozen forms from sfc bay???

Please questions comments opinions help advice!

Variety is a good thing when it comes to your fish. I feed mine flake, frozen mysis, frozen vitamin fortified brine and dried seaweed. I have not fed my corals in 14 yrs now.
