How bad is it to have the fish tank in a home theatre room?

I don't want to put it in my pool room for obvioius reasons, so I am only left with my home theatre room really for a convenient place to put it, am I looking for trouble for stressed fish having my tank about 4 feet away from the rear speakers of my home theatre?

You should be Ok. If push comes to shove you can move your speakers but I do not see a problem
