How big do "dwarf" zebra hermits get???

I have a few zebra hermits in my tank, they are supposed to be "dwarf". But the other day I saw one that is huge! At least 4 times as big as the others. He was in one of my Astraea shells, to give you an idea. How big do these guys get, and how did that one grow so fast?

Mine are still the same size that they were when I got it. Not much growth. I dont doubt that some can grow to big size though.

My dwarfs are still the same size as well, but I had a similar occurence happen when I got my hermits too. I picked out 6 from the LFS and got home with one scarlet mixed in. It has grown HUGE!
