how can I raise my Alk without raising my ph???

I don't understand whats going on but i tested my water right before my MH went off and my ph was in the correct range about 8.6 but my Alk is at like 2.5meL........how can I raise my Alk without raising my ph???

Then if that don't show better use Baked baking soda solution....ie two part solution....google!
