How dangerouse is 20ppm nitrate reading

Its a 20 gal SW with 2 clowns, 2 damsils and 2 anemones. Should i be worried and how do i reduce it safely.thanks

Its not to bad. As long as its below 25PPM. You can use stress coat I heard or PWC.

55G-Malawi setup
2 20G long-community (planted)
5G and 10g-Fry
30G- S. and C. America tank

Nitrates should be as close to 0 as possible. Anything reading between 0 and 5 ppm is ok. However, once you go over 5 ppm, you need to reconsider what you're doing by way of water changes, feeding, filters, etc. I would recommend you do a partial water change, 20%. Also, check your feeding, as you might be overfeeding. 20 ppm is not good, and is 4x the maximum safe level for nitrates.
