How do I wear down my puffers teeth

What should I feed him he is about 1 1/2in saddle puffer

I don't have puffer fish.. But I was googling to see what they look like and see if they can be stocked with what I got.. but this site said snails or crustaceans

the proper diet should do this. look up what the puffer needs to eat.

I feed my saddle puffer with mostly krill, I rotate in some fresh clam and shrimp in the shell that I get from the grocery store. I cut the shrimp and freeze them to kill anything unwanted. I crush the clam after I freeze it and feed pieces of that. I have not noticed any excess growth of his Brel in the 6 months I have had mine. I also keep snails and hermits in the tank, my guess is he snacks on them if he gets hungry or needs to wear his heel down.
