How do you get rid of hair algae?

How can I get rid of hair algae and control it? It is starting to cover my LR and doesn't look to nice.

Get some REd Tipped, Zebra, and Blue legged hermits.. Also Sally Lightfoot Crabs work help out some too.. I have a bit less than 1 hermit per Gal and they do quite nice..
