How long can I store Saltwater?

Ok, so I found a 10 gallon and a 7 gallon tank on craigslist, both for $15. I think I will use the ten gallon for a reef tank so I would like to have some mixed water stored for water changes. But anyways, how long can I store mixed saltwater in a five gal bucket? If I can store it should I aererate it? If it makes a difference to salt I use is Instant Ocean Mix.

Yes,put a PH in there and it should last for a good while..I would even cover it so nothing gets in it

My saltwater sits for over two weeks and up to three weeks at times with no problems. Just keep it circulating with a power head.
