How many taotronics?

How many taotronics fixtures would I need for a 55 gallon and I'm thinking about the dimmible lights

A single Taotronics is good for 40 gal I believe. Now it depends on your dimension if it is longer or wider.

Most 55's are 4 feet. I would do 2.

I have two over a 55 can keep sps on bottom of my tank...two is perfect

I've got one of those fixtures and I was going to do a 55, but decided to go 40g breeder instead. I would recommend two for a 55 long. I may do two on my 40, but I'll have to see how it set's up first.
