how much cal to add?

hey guys I have a question and may already have answer but want more opnions. I have 92 gal of total system water my cla. goes from 420 to 380 in 1 week so my drop rate is about 40ppm. My math is that i add 3.6 ml of cal supplment per day to maintain 420 does that sound right?

It depends on which calcium supplement you use. Use this Reef Chemistry Calculator to figure out how much of which supplement you need to dose. Don't forget, if your system is using calcium, it is also using up alkalinity at a rate of aprox 1 meq/l of alk for every 20ppm calcium.

i put ALK in my top off system which has kept it at 8.8 so far. I have medium to low demand.
