Wanna transform my 10g QT into a FOWLR, wanted some hermits, a carribean porcelain crabs, and some snails. How would i clean the tank so that the silicone wont leech the copper?

Not sure what you mean? Silicone leach the copper? There is no copper in silicone. Are you talking about having other copper in your tank? I'm confused.

If you're just trying to remove copper meds from your tanks, Seachem makes a filter media that will take it out for you. You have to get your own media baggy and fill it yourself.

Seachem. CupriSorb

"Cuprisorb"

It only absorbs copper if the tank was treated with copper medications in the past. If it never was, then it is fine.

just give the equipment a good vinegar soak and rinse with warm water. shouldn't be an issue.
