How to feed angelfish best

Whats the best way to feed my bicolor, when he was in QT there wasn't any flow in the tank really, and if i broke one of the frozen gel food cubes in a quarter and dropped 2 quarters in they would sink, now that hes in the big tank though the food floats and by the time it gets to the bottom its broken apart into pieces.

I tried one of those clips with the 'plastic fence like material' that you put the food in but the angel really doesnt go for it. he nibbles off of stuff on the rocks, and im gonna get some seaweed or nori this weekend for him since i can clamp that and it wont disintigrate.

I take a small chunk of formula 1,2,or angel and push it into a crevice of a rock. It dissoves more slowly and the angel always picks it all out

yea thats working good. He nibbles at it in the rocks.
