how to frag

Hi guys i could do with your help i have à massive ricorida that I would like to frag and dont know Wat to do. Do I cut it from the foot, them cut in half or quarters, or do I just cut it the cut the foot of the rock. Any help is brill. And here is a pic so you can see how big it is

shrooms are one of the easiest cut them up into small 1/4s sissors work best than just sprinkle them in the tank they'll go everywhere

Brill thanks but do I cut the foot off the rock or just cut the head? Sorry for being dumb
