How do I keep my Rose Bulb Anemone from moving everyother night ?

They generally only move if something's bothering them. 2 most likely candidates are water quality and lighting. Some info on the tank would help, params, age, lighting, flow?

It's a 55 reef. 2 Led fixtures. Blue n white. (165) watt. Water is ro. Tested every three days. Flow is two powerheads at top. At first it was in med flow. It moved. Then changed to low flow. It moved. ?

What are the test results? They require pristine water quality. Also what % are you running the channels at on your lights?

Water tests are perfect.
Only using blue tights.

Are they dimmable? If so what % are you running the channels. Also what's your definition of "perfect" and what all do you test/which kits do you use?

They r. 70%. I use reef master. API.
Phos. Mag. Ph. Alk. No2. No3. Cal. And for selinty
