How to kill this off My Hammer Coral?

This thing is so annoying. It's keeping my hammer tentacles from opening up fully cause it's constantly touching them.

It's a barnacle. I have one on my hammer and it doesn't seem to be bothered. And mine is really big.

With time the hammer will grow and leave the barnacle where it is on the skeleton of the coral. You could risk damaging the coral if you try to remove it. That is what I would do anyway, it kinda looks neat.

Never mind I just looked up what a barnacle looks like and they do look similar. I think it's really cool looking!

I would leave it alone. It's not harming anything.

Ok I'll leave it. Just seems like the Tentacles don't come out on that side the Barnacle is on.

You started the post to say that it was bothering the coral. It might very well be.
