Just how big do pods get?
I was looking at my live rock and saw something big and white. When I looked closer it looks like a pod of some kind but it is the size of a pea.

Either amphipod or copepod. All I know is I haven't seen them grow to this size.

The pod in the first two pictures popped out of the hole in the rock and either scared or killed the one in the last picture

I haven't seen any type of pods in my tank in a while

They are good for your tank. Tonight when light is off use flashlight and you will see them all over the rock.

Scratch the isopod (yes, that sounded weird). Amphipod it is.
