Hydor Slim Skim - In Tank Skimmer

Anybody heard of this? Mr Saltwater had a very nice YouTube Review on it. Anybody else use it, like it, hate it, or even heard of it?

Yep. I just got one for my 30G JBJ rimless tank. I've had it for about a week and am impressed. It's a little on the loud side, but not too bad.

It gets the job done. Pretty good skimmer for the price/size.

Thanks! I saw a review, said it was practically silent. How loud? Can't talk on the phone loud?

Oh, no it's not that loud. I also have a eshopps skimmer and just noticed that the slim skim is louder.

It's certainly it a deal breaker. I'm very pleased with the purchase and would recommend

Are you saying the Eshopps is louder than the Hydor?
